Refund policy

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt only if the delivery packaging has not been opened, or if products are damaged or incorrect. Please notify us and return the item in its original, unopened packaging. If conditions are met, we will replace the item or issue a refund to the original payment method. Returns of opened, used or tampered products will be refused. Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to be processed and reflected by your card issuer.
